I. READING: Colossians 2:6-8 “ As you therefore have received Christ Jesus as Lord, so walk in him, rooted and built up in him and established in the faith, abounding in it with thanksgiving. Beware lest anyone cheat you through philosophy and empty deceit, according to the tradition of men; according to the basic principles of the world and not according to Christ.” II. CORE THOUGHT: God wants us to take care of our spiritual and physical life - a. From our reading of Col. 2:6-8, can you enumerate the things that He expects from us?

- b. Is there any attitude to change?
- c. Is there any principle to obey?
- d. Is there any habit to develop?
V. MEMORY VERSE: 1 Corinthians 4:2 “ Moreover it is required in stewards that they be found faithful” Write your thoughts in a journal or notebook so that you can keep track of your spiritual progress.
