A draft of the Church Constitution and By-Laws are available on the membership side of the web page for review. It is in PDF format.
Currently a meeting is scheduled on the 12th of July to discuss the current draft and make recommendations for ratification.
It is recommended that all church members take the time to read the current draft. The hope is to have a congressional vote on the ratified document by the end of the summer. Once approved, the church’s corporate charter will be amended to reflect the new constitution and by-laws.

Testimony
When I stepped into the campus of James Madison University in August 2005, little did I realize that I would see myself flying halfway around the world to preach the good name of the Mighty God. By God’s grace, he has redeemed me and given me a new heart to desire Him even more.
This Summer
I will be traveling on a summer project with Campus Crusade for Christ (CCC) to a closed country in East Asia. From May 25-July 9 we will be doing ministry to a university campus there, taking language classes and making friends and sharing the Gospel to our new friends. While we do that we will increasingly depend on Christ’s sufficiency and grow in our faith as apart from Christ alone we are nothing and we cannot do anything for His glory. God has opened up an amazing opportunity to speak truth to the lost students of East Asia with the hope that endures forever – Jesus Christ.
In the month of December, as per the Constitution and By Laws, a new Board of Elders was confirmed. Therefore it is prudent at this time to reflect upon what the Board of Elders is, and what it does.
There always seems to be some confusion over these issues, and this confusion usually comes to a head around this time of year. So a short discussion of the issues is in order.
Some might ask, why go through the trouble of redesigning this web page. After all, ones observations would lead to the conclusion that this small church does not need a web site at all. Additionally, it can be observed that the members of the church do not make much use of the existing web site. So why redesign?
